Reporting a Claim

Phillips Insurance agents work with you throughout the entire claims process–from initial response through final resolution–to provide fast, caring service and to settle your claim. Should you wish to reach your insurance company directly, you’ll find the main insurance company claim numbers at the bottom of this page.

Information to gather in an accident:

  • Other driver’s name and driver’s license number
  • If different, the name of the owner of the other automobile
  • Other driver’s address
  • Other driver’s phone number
  • Other driver’s insurance company and policy number
  • License plate of other car
  • Year/make/model/color of other car
  • Names and phone numbers of accident witnesses (a witness is anyone outside of the involved vehicle(s))
  • Do not say you’re sorry or anything that could be an admission of fault
  • If the other party is uncooperative, call the police
  • Call your insurance agent with any questions
